"Termite's Path,"  is the true story of Termite Watkins' experience in Iraq coaching the first Olympic team the Iraqi's had fielded in over three decades.  Termite is a Houston native and received worldwide press shortly after the start of the Iraqi War. 
     Great messages from the Iraq war are hard to find.  Here is one that doesn't pander to any faction.  A retired prize fighter living in suburban Texas Termite responded to a divine call to work in Iraq exterminating pests, only to be asked to form that country's Olympic boxing team experiencing the drama and rewards of helping a war torn country recover.  The work brought a unity of purpose among the Muslim athletes and Termite as they went forward knowing that the God they prayed to was protecting and guiding them through the harrowing attacks and challenges they were faced with. 

     There are a number of reasons that Termite's Path will be a successful movie. 

• A major actor is not attached but very interested - he wants to produce - depending on availability
• The governors of New Mexico and Texas personally interested and willing to hand hold to get film into their state
• The is a large market pre-awareness due to book, news at time of events, and Termite is active on the speakers circuit; 
• Classmates.com has vested interest as the writer of the book and Termite reconnected on their website so they have promised to send emails to all 40+ million members promoting the film
• Board member Paul Cohen has offered service distribution agreement which is less than half of what distributors usually take, and for DVD distribution Fox and two other substantial distributors want to work with us.  
• The film project is well developed - we have had several screenplay analysts and substantial producers tell us it is Oscar material.  

We are presently raising the funds for this via a mini-maxi private placement of $10.5-$16M of which $5.5M is for P&A.
